What is an MVE file

MVE files mostly belong to Interplay MVE Player. MVE files can refer to several distinct file types, each serving a specific role.
For the majority, an MVE file is an Interplay MVE video file. This file holds video data designed for playback with the Interplay MVE Player.
Another group uses the MVE extension for files from the Mapillary Visual Editor. These files use a ZIP container format and are handled by MVE Studio. How can I open an MVE file?

You need a suitable software like Interplay MVE Player to open an MVE file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert. If you cannot open your MVE file correctly, try to right-click or long-press the file. Then click "Open with" and choose an application. You can also display a MVE file directly in the browser:. How do you convert MVE files to MP4, MP3, MKV, AVI, ...
