The file name 20180601-99999-2019.op is characteristic of these files.
10% of all OP files use the ZIP format, the OP file contains a number of compressed files. The 2 to 16 compressed files are called info.toml, info.toml.sig, \Source\Main.as and \Source\Main.as.sig. If you'd like to see the images and files included, just rename the file extension to .zip and double-click. The files are 1 KB to 300 KB in size, with a median of 18 KB.
