What is a PDP file?

PDP files mostly belong to Photoshop by Adobe. A PDP file is a photo editing or graphics design project created with Photoshop photo editor. Although PSD is the default format for saving a Photoshop project, the "Save as" feature in Photoshop's "File" menu allows a user to save a project as a PDP file which is based on PostScript language and Portable Document Format (PDF). Another type of PDP file is a design document created with Print Shop Deluxe desktop publishing software. PDP is also the filename extension of a plan component created by Business Plan Pro business plan authoring software.

How to open PDP files

You need a suitable software like Photoshop to open a PDP file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert. If you cannot open your PDP file correctly, try to right-click or long-press the file. Then click "Open with" and choose an application. You can also display a PDP file directly in the browser:. PDP file format:

To find out what program is needed to open PDP files, you need to determine the file format. A file format is determined by the file extension and signature, so JPEG images have the extension .jpg and the first bytes in the file are ÿØÿ. The files contain the following words: hawb, https://webportal1.thedx.co.uk//netcv4_11/fop/pdffiles/ and printer. These files are attributed to hawb.
