What is a PLAN file?

PLAN files mostly belong to Chief Architect by Chief Architect. PLAN is a project file used by Calligra Plan. Calligra Plan is a project management application developed by KDE that can create Gantt charts and is part of the Calligra Suite. It is intended for managing moderately large projects with multiple resources. Its user interface is optimized for keyboard operation and minimizes the use of dialogs.

How do you open PLAN files?

You need a suitable software like Chief Architect to open a PLAN file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert. If you cannot open your PLAN file correctly, try to right-click or long-press the file. Then click "Open with" and choose an application. You can also display a PLAN file directly in the browser:. Files like these have the following tags: house, floor, kitchen, bath, residence, existing and auto, and often consist of personal data.
