3% of all PP3 files save the data in config file format. These files contain text and words, not binary data. The files are often between 2 KB and 3 KB in size. The keywords AppVersion, Auto, Brightness, Clip, Compensation, Contrast, [Exposure], [Version] and false are typical for these files.
