What is a TDL file?

TDL files mostly belong to ToDoList. TDL files are used for more than one purpose. They sometimes store data as XML and may contain a Task Data List for managing to-do items. In other cases, they hold vehicle diagnostic log information written in XML, often known as a Telemetry Data Log.
