What is a TVD file?

To view or edit TVD files you need to know the file format, because it determines how the data in this file is stored. The initial characters of a file are called signature, sometimes also referred to as "magic bytes". The signature can be used to infer the file format. File extension, signature and file format must match; otherwise errors will occur when the file is opened. So you need a detailed analysis of a file to find out the format and the associated program. The TVD file type is used by different programs with different formats. The two most popular formats are as follows:

• 35% of all TVD files use the same file format, which can be identified by the letters "CC E0 01 20 02 22 02 20 06 22 03 20" at the beginning. If you open these files in a text editor, you will see only illegible characters. Most of these files are 2 MB to 16 MB in size. This file type is new and state-of-the-art. The following filename is common: 01_01.tvd or 02_01.tvd.
• 20% of all TVD files start with the bytes 00 00 00 00, which are crucial for this file format. These are binary files, so they do not contain words or text. The files are 14 MB to 340 MB in size, with a median of 190 MB. Certain words are almost always found in the files, such as TLEN, DanceTIT2 and 5TCON. Such files are related to hisnul, sudais, mishary, myqalam, afasy, malay, qaida and book.

The remaining 45% of all TVD files are different files with different signatures, such as ZIP and UIFF. Files like these are sometimes linked to backup, bundle, vault, phone, english, dictionary, norani or kids.
