What is a TWIG file

TWIG files mostly belong to Sublime by Sublime. A TWIG file is a template that Twig template engine uses to dynamically generate a web page in a PHP web application. A TWIG template contains minimal HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code saved alongside templates for control flow, escaping, variable filters, and macros which Twig engine compiles to plain, optimized PHP scripts.
