What is a VFP file

VFP files mostly belong to ForceDecks. * VFP files are used by different companies and serve several functions. They are not a single file type but rather a container for various data formats.
For example, some VFP files are Valkyrie Force packages that use a ZIP structure to hold firmware and configuration data for ForceDecks systems.

How can I open a VFP file?

You need a suitable software like ForceDecks to open a VFP file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert. VFP is seldom used as a file extension and has no uniform or dominant file format. The two most common formats are as follows:

• 20% of all VFP files use the ZIP algorithm, multiple files are compressed and combined into one VFP file. 2 to 16 compressed files are common.
