EOT files mostly belong to ExamView by Turning. An EOT file contains an online test created by ExamView test generator and assessment program. Another type of EOT file is a font saved in Embedded OpenType format. Embeded OpenType is a compact version of OpenType format. It was developed by Microsoft as the default web font format for Internet Explorer web browser. WEFT (Web Embedding Fonts Tool) was Microsoft's official tool for creating EOT fonts. Both WEFT and Internet Explorer have been discontinued.
