What is an EPA file

EPA files mostly belong to Vabi EPA Software. EPA files can serve several distinct functions. In one major case, the file is a container based on the ZIP format that holds Energy Performance Advice data. This type of file is used by Vabi EPA Software to store and exchange energy performance assessment details. You can extract its contents with any standard archive tool.
Some EPA files contain data related to Ensoniq PARIS audio or compressed bitmap graphics. These files work with software built on the KiriKiri engine and may include multimedia elements.
Another use is as a project container for the Explain Everything platform. Such files store project information and are meant to be opened using the Explain Everything application.

If the file follows the ZIP structure, try renaming it to .zip and inspect its contents.

How do you open EPA files?

You need a suitable software like Vabi EPA Software to open an EPA file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert. If you cannot open your EPA file correctly, try to right-click or long-press the file. Then click "Open with" and choose an application. You can also display a EPA file directly in the browser:. How to convert EPA files to JPG, PDF, HTML, DOC, ...
