All about F16 Files
The F16 file type is primarily associated with Payroll Mate.
What is an F16 file?
F16 files serve two main purposes. One variant is a payroll file used to store payroll data in Zimbabwe. This file is generated by Payroll Mate and associated with systems like Belina Payroll. It keeps records of employee payments and related financial data that some companies use for payroll processing.
The other variant is a 16x16 pixel font file. This file holds bitmap font data for low-resolution (VGA) displays and is used in DOS environments. FreeDOS Font Editor is one tool designed to work with this type of file.
