File type: Music Notation File

The MEZ file type is primarily associated with 'MusicEase' by MusicEase Software. The MusicEase music notation software is a music notation editor which produces publication quality, printed music. It also automatically generates accompaniments consisting of any number of general MIDI instruments including drums which you can play, print or save as a MIDI file and includes support for scanned music. A number of other companies use MusicEase in their products and save .MEZ files. MusicEase has used .MEZ for over 15 years.

When windows gives you an error message saying that it
"Cannot open MEZ files", this means either:

A. You need to identify a program that can open the file
B. Or your registry may be damaged
