What is a USE file?

USE files mostly belong to USE Tool. An USE file may serve one of two roles.

UML-based Specification Environment: This file holds UML model definitions created by the USE modeling tool. It can store model details and OCL constraints designed for system design and analysis.

Game Save File: In other cases, a USE file contains game progress such as character data. The game software uses it to restore your saved session.

How do you open USE files?
