What is an INV file

INV files mostly belong to Lineage by NCSoft. An INV file is an inventory of data used by Lineage massively multiplayer online video game. Information saved in a Lineage inventory can range from game character assets to weapons and aid kits. Another type of INV file contains patient data created by CliniView biomedical imaging software.
