What is a D32 file?

D32 files mostly belong to FME Desktop. FME Project Files: Some D32 files are used internally by FME Desktop. They are stored as a ZIP archive containing XML data that defines a project. More details are available at FME.

How can I open a D32 file?

You need a suitable software like FME Desktop to open a D32 file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert.
