What is an LVM file?

LVM files mostly belong to LabVIEW by National Instruments. LVM stands for LabVIEW Measurement file. LVM files are associated with the LabVIEW application developed by National Instruments.

Main Use: LabVIEW (Laboratory Virtual Instrumentation Engineering Workbench) is a graphical programming platform used in the development of testing, measuring, and control-type applications with the help of instrument hardware. How do you open LVM files?

You need a suitable software like LabVIEW from National Instruments to open an LVM file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert. The remaining 20% of all LVM files are different files with different signatures, often, for example, Time and Number.
