DASH files mostly belong to Dashlane by Dashlane Inc. DASH file format was originated to store digital video content at various bit rates. DASH files also named as DASHlane. When user stream any digital video on the web, system generates DASH file. Well known websites like Youtube, Netflix use DASH file extension which is similar like MP4 format. DASH file provides dynamic adaptive stream over HTTP. The online video player can adjust with the bit rate of the digital video because of the ability of the DASH file format to store content at multiple bit rates. How can I open a DASH file?

You need a suitable software like Dashlane to open a DASH file.
