What is an EVA file?

EVA files mostly belong to EV Animator. An EVA file is not a single universal format but a container holding different types of data.
For example, one common use is as a game animation file or event file. This version is used by programs such as EV Animator for storing animation sequences or game effects.
Other variants include files that hold scientific data:

The following filename is common: 2019ANA.EVA or 2010ANA.EVA.

The remaining 40% of all EVA files are different files with different signatures, often, for example, ZIP, DOC and XML. Files like these are sometimes linked to sample, chengzhen, saiyan, black, stone, trait or iwba.
