What is an FSA file?

FSA files mostly belong to ABIF by ThermoFisher. This file is primarily associated with data collection software of Applied Biosystems, an integrated system for genetic analysis. The FSA files are used to store both the raw and processed sequencing and fragment analysis data. This file format is classified as Data.
