The data in this file is stored in streams whose names are Audit Trail, Extended Information, File Comment, File Property, GUMM_Information, ICFObjectData, LSS Acquisition Disp Settings, LSS BaselineCheck Parameters, LSS Data Load Format, LSS Data Processing-1, LSS Data Processing-2, LSS QAQC Processing-1, LSS QAQC Processing-2, LSS SST-1, LSS SST-2, LSSExtStgObj Param, Mass Data Load Format, Mass Data Processing, QLM Data Processing and TLM Data Processing. The files are often between 100 KB and 1 MB in size.
