• 5% of all LEF files use the same file format, which have the signature VERSION 5.. These files contain text and words, not binary data. The files are 1 KB to 980 KB in size, with a median of 91 KB. The files contain the following words: BUSBITCHARS "[]" ; and VERSION 5.
