What is an MC3 file?

MC3 files mostly belong to WMCS. MC3 files come in several specialized forms.
For some of these files, the extension is used for the Canadian Military Message Format in secure military communication systems such as the WMCS (Canadian Military Message Handling System). They store structured messages in a proprietary format.
A nearly equal share uses an XML structure for a MaxCut cutting list that holds data for cutting optimization in industrial processes.
The remaining variants include configuration files. One type is a Microchip Configuration File associated with the MPLAB X IDE and MPLAB Code Configurator, while another is an XML-based Autodesk product config file used by MotionBuilder.
