How do you open MCM files?

The file format, which is the arrangement and type of data in a file, determines which program can open the file. The file format can be determined based on the file extension and the signature (the first few characters of a file). File extension, signature and file format must match; otherwise errors will occur when the file is opened. So a detailed analysis of a file is vital in order to determine the format and the associated program. Our examination of the MCM files comes to the following conclusion:

The MCM file extension is not widely used. Such a file includes different formats for different programs. However, the following two file formats are common:

• 40% of all MCM files start with the bytes 00 03 00 00 00 05 00 00, which are crucial for this file format. These are binary files, so they do not contain words or text. The files are 1 MB to 25 MB in size, with a median of 4 MB. This file type is based on cutting-edge technology. Such files are related to pkgf.
• 25% of all MCM files start with the magic bytes macro, which are always the first bytes of this file format.
