What is an MMP file?

MMP files mostly belong to MindManager. An MMP file is not tied to one single use but is a container for different project data depending on the software used.

How to open an MMP file

You need a suitable software like MindManager to open an MMP file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert. 15% of all MMP files are associated with Mindjet MindManager Map. They consist of illegible, cryptic characters. The average file size is 34 KB with most files being between 12 KB and 100 KB in size.
