RVR file format:
The file format, which is the arrangement and type of data in a file, determines which program can open the file. Often, the file format can be deduced from the file extension or the initial bytes (called the signature). If the file extension does not match the file format, double-clicking on the file will cause an error upon opening. So a detailed analysis of a file is vital in order to determine the format and the associated program. Our analysis of the RVR files produces the following result:
RVR is not a common file extension and mainly uses a special format. The file formats most commonly found in RVR files are:
- 80% of all RVR files belong to Roland Virtual Sonics samples library. These are binary files, so they do not contain words or text. RVR files are between 70 MB and 2 GB in size. This file type is based on cutting-edge technology. The files contain the following words: RVSR. A usual file name is Acoustic-One.rvr or Anthology-1990.rvr. Files like these are about acoustic, flavr, tera, piano, studio, drum, fever and funky.
All other RVR files (20%) have no consistent format. Tagged as meter, rover, midnight, guitar, master, orch or robo. Just click the "Choose your .rvr file to analyze" button on this page to find out what your RVR file is.
