How do you open RXL files?

• 9% of all RXL files start with the bytes 0A 00 00 00 03 00 00 00 30, which are crucial for this file format. They consist of unreadable binary data. A typical file size is 150 KB. The following keywords are characteristic: Ranger XL Version 1.103, /config/emcgroup.txt, /logs/compile.txt, data, Ranger XL Version 1.110, /logs/circuit_plotfilter.txt, Ranger XL Version 1.109 and captosi.
