How can I open a TSE file?

The file format can be determined based on the file extension and the signature (the first few characters of a file). However, different programs can use the same file extension. The TSE file extension is not common and is used by different programs with different formats. However, the following two file formats are common:

• 65% of all TSE files start with the magic bytes 9A 53 DB 12 54 53 45 00, which are always the first bytes of this file format. The contents of these files cannot be read by a human; only a computer program can interpret the data. A typical file size is 82 KB. The file type is relatively new. Files like these are sometimes connected to camry, report, error, hilux, kdftv, land, prius and yaris.
• 15% of all TSE files are based on the zip format, i.e. a TSE file contains several compressed files. The included 4 to 5 files have file names such as Manifest.txt, RuleSet.xml, Selected.xml, TestRun.xml and TestRunInfo.xml. If you'd like to see the images and files included, just rename the file extension to .zip and double-click. TSE files can be up to 420 KB in size, but are often around 56 KB - 370 KB. The following keywords are characteristic: TestRunInfo.xml. These files are often associated with mtip and emvcol.
