What is a DLO file

DLO files mostly belong to Autodesk 3ds Max.

3ds Max Plugin Usage:

How to open DLO files

You need a suitable software like Autodesk 3ds Max to open a DLO file. A file format defines how the data in the file is structured. Each file format has a unique extension and almost always a unique signature.
