FT file format:

The file format, which is the arrangement and type of data in a file, determines which program can open the file. The content consists of illegible binary data, which can only be read and interpreted by the associated programs. The files are on average 230 KB in size and range from 19 KB to 1 MB. Files like these have the following tags: logogd and clock.

All other FT files (45%) have no consistent format, often e.g. HMZK Font, Java, FEA, Sequence, ARROW and mode. Tagged as bold, kestrelw, kongming, accents, family or morb.
