What is a HYD file?

HYD files mostly belong to HEC-RAS. HYD files are used in hydraulic analysis. They come in two main forms:

Hydraulic Toolbox Project: Stores project details for hydraulic design and simulation. It holds model parameters and settings used in water flow studies.

How to open a HYD file

You need a suitable software like HEC-RAS to open a HYD file. HYD file format:
