What is a JSN file
How can I open a JSN file?

Programs that open and convert JSN files:
- Text Editor/JSON Viewer
See the previous paragraphs to learn more about the main application. JSN files are often referred to as Text Editor/JSON Viewer data files because this type of file is primarily created or used by this software.

JSN file format:
Why is it important to know the file format? This is the only way to find out which program to use to open the file. The initial characters of a file are called signature, sometimes also referred to as "magic bytes". The signature can be used to infer the file format. File extension, signature and file format must match; otherwise errors will occur when the file is opened. So a detailed analysis of a file is vital in order to determine the format and the associated program. Our evaluation of the JSN files looks like this:
The JSN file type includes various formats for various programs. The file formats most commonly found in JSN files are:
- 60% of all JSN files are based on the well-known JSON file format. JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) is a lightweight data−interchange format. It is easy for humans to read and write. It is easy for machines to parse and generate. These files contain text and words, not binary data. The files are on average 170 bytes in size and range from 160 bytes to 240 bytes. The file type was developed only in the last few years. The keywords MTYPES, mref, priv, sort, tref, mdate, AVCHD, BDMV, STREAM and markers are typical for these files. Some examples of file names are 00000.JSN or 00001.JSN. Files like these have the following tags: mtypes.
- 3% of all JSN files have the same signature [69643,. These files are plain text, which means they can be viewed with any text editor such as Windows Editor, Nano for Linux, and TextEdit for macOS. JSN files can be up to 49 KB in size, but are often around 49 KB - 49 KB. The file name map_biome_1.jsn is characteristic of these files. These files can be linked to biome.
The remaining 37% of all JSN files are different files with different signatures. These files sometimes refer to biome, config, data, export, update or info. If you want to find out which format your JSN file belongs to, just click on the button "Choose your .jsn file to analyze".
