How can I open an RTT file?

You need a suitable software like Hex Editor / JMAG-Designer to open an RTT file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert. 10% of all RTT files use the same file format, which have the signature EB 3C 90. These files are binary files, so they do not contain text, but only cryptic characters. The file size is in the range of 510 bytes to 600 bytes. Certain words are almost always found in the files, such as MSDOS5.0, NAME, at2Nt, r9&8-t and !8N$}$. The file name BOOTSECT.RTT is characteristic of these files.
