The TDM file type is primarily associated with 'DIAdem' by National Instruments Corporation. DIAdem is a software tool designed for measurements and engineering in all areas involving processing, evaluating, and generating reports for measurement data. The TDM file format archives measurement and analysis data and additional descriptive information in a hierarchical structure. This allows data from several measurements to be archived in one single TDM file, for easy handling.
