File Extension UTX

File type: (or UT 99) Texture

The UTX file type is primarily associated with 'Unreal Tournament 2003' by Epic Games, Inc.. Game archive with PCX files for game textures. There is a version for UT'99 with max res 256x256 pixels. The UT99 and UT2003 versions of the file are different. The initial characters listed here are for the UT2003 version.

When windows gives you an error message saying that it
"Cannot open UTX files", this means either:

A. You need to identify a program that can open the file
B. Or your registry may be damaged
