What is an ATM file

ATM files mostly belong to Vue by e-on. An ATM file is commonly used to store atmospheric and environment-related data in e-on's Vue software that's used for creating and visualizing realistic 3D natural environments on Windows and Mac computers. The data in a Vue's ATM file is usually made up of graphics that simulate atmospheric/environmental elements like fogs, wind, sunlight, clouds and the sky. These elements combine to create ambience and form the backdrop of 3-dimensional scenes of models created within Vue. Beyond 3D graphics, Sony stores audio and background music of its PlayStation Portable (PSP) in ATM files. In the past, Adobe used files with ATM filename extension to store font and typeface data used by its Type Manager. How to open an ATM file
