What is a FINAL file

FINAL files mostly belong to Archive Manager. FINAL files mark the final state of data produced by different processes. Most often, they are compressed files that may use the Snappy algorithm to pack data efficiently.

How to open FINAL files

FINAL is a very commonly used file extension and is mainly used by one program with a specific format. The following file formats are most commonly found in FINAL files:

The file size is in the range of 13 MB to 13 MB. The keywords _wcWW and !]5u!_uM} are typical for these files. The following filename is common: GTA_VC.CAP.Final.
