How to open a PCBDOC file

You need a suitable software like Altium Designer to open a PCBDOC file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert. PCBDOC files are between 32 KB and 10 MB in size. The keywords Board, RECORD, KIND, Protel_Advanced_PCB, 0mil, 1000mil, KIND0, KIND1, VERSION, FALSE, FILENAME, LAYER, LOCKED, POLYGONOUTLINE, SELECTION, TRUE, UNIONINDEX, UNKNOWN and USERROUTED are typical for these files.
