All about PSC Files
The PSC file type is primarily associated with Sublime.
What is a PSC file
How do you open PSC files?
You need a suitable software like Sublime to open a PSC file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert. If you cannot open your PSC file correctly, try to right-click or long-press the file. Then click "Open with" and choose an application. You can also display a PSC file directly in the browser:. Just drag the file onto this browser window and drop it.

PSC file extension format:
A file format defines how the data in the file is structured. A file format is determined by the file extension and signature, so JPEG images have the extension .jpg and the first bytes in the file are ÿØÿ. Frequently, however, one file extension is used by different programs for different file formats, and one file format for different file extensions. So a detailed analysis of a file is vital in order to determine the format and the associated program. Our examination of the PSC files comes to the following conclusion:
The PSC file extension is not found very often and is used by a few programs, each with its own file format. The file formats most commonly found in PSC files are:
- 30% of all PSC files start with the magic bytes Script, which are always the first bytes of this file format. These files contain text and words, not binary data. A typical file size is 1 KB. This file type is based on cutting-edge technology. The files contain the following words: Scriptname, extends, Property and Auto. These files are attributed to script, controller, weaponbuff, amazon, power and race.
- 15% of all PSC files use the same file format, which have the signature Algoritmo . These files contain text and words, not binary data. The files are 200 bytes to 450 bytes in size, with a median of 310 bytes. Certain words are almost always found in the files, such as Algoritmo, Escribir, Leer, Como, Definir and Entero. Such files sometimes refer to area.
The remaining 55% of all PSC files are files with no common format, frequently e.g. zlib, ZIP, BEGIN, script and Proceso. The category is export, player or slsfc. Just click the "Choose your .psc file to analyze" button on this page to find out what your PSC file is.
