What is an SFO file?

SFO files mostly belong to PlayStation by Sony. SFO is the filename extension of a System Object File containing parameters for a folder that will be displayed in the Xcross Media Bar of a game. It contains information such as a game disc's version, multimedia content information, game save location etc. Another type of SFO file (named CuteSearch.sfo) contains file search information used by CuteFTP file transfer software.

How do you open SFO files?
