How to open QRS files

You need a suitable software like CardioView QRS Viewer to open a QRS file. The signature can be used to infer the file format. However, different programs can use the same file extension, and file extensions can be assigned incorrectly. • 15% of all QRS files use the same file format, which can be identified by the letters "00 58" at the beginning. These files contain neither text nor words, but only data.
