How do you open LSF files?

The file format, which is the arrangement and type of data in a file, determines which program can open the file. • 45% of all LSF files use the same file format, which have the signature LS. If you open these files in a text editor, you will see only illegible characters. LSF files are between 1 KB and 1 MB in size. The file type is very old but is also used today. The files contain the following words: LSOF and Name. A common filename is meta.lsf or _merged.lsf. These files can be linked to merged, globals and config.
• 15% of all LSF files start with the bytes Format,, which are crucial for this file format. If you open these files in a text editor, you will see only illegible characters. A typical file size is 20 KB. Certain words are almost always found in the files, such as Div,0;Vertical Units, Source, Trigger Address, Trigger Level, Units,V;Vertical Units, Vertical Units Div, Vertical Units Extend Div, ;Probe Type,0;Probe, Extend Div,16;Label, Probe Rat and Format,1.0B;Memory Length,10000;IntpDistance,0;Trigger. Examples of file names are CH1.LSF or DS0001.LSF.
