What is a DSR file?

DSR files mostly belong to ActiveReports. DSR files are used in different domains. They are Visual Basic Data Reports produced by ActiveReports and managed with the Data Report Designer. These files hold report layout and data for business or development purposes.

How to open DSR files

You need a suitable software like ActiveReports to open a DSR file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert. If you cannot open your DSR file correctly, try to right-click or long-press the file. Then click "Open with" and choose an application. You can also display a DSR file directly in the browser:. The average file size is 130 KB with most files being between 44 KB and 2 MB in size. These files are often associated with chemin, villars, llheim and route, and frequently comprise personal data.

The remaining 45% of all DSR files are files with no common format, such as ENVI Density Slice Range, DICOM, Raw and gameOpt.
